- Implementation: If a proposal is successful, it is queued in the Timelock contract. The proposal takes effect 2 days later, allowing for a total time of at least one week for any changes to be implemented.
The voting rights associated with the COMP token are dynamically adjusted based on the token balance of the owner. If the owner’s token balance changes, the voting rights of the delegate are automatically adjusted accordingly.
